1600 sq ft, 3 bed room, 2 full bathroom traditional Los Angeles home. The attention grabbers on this property its location, is landscape, elevated exterior views of Sofi Stadium, Kia Forum, and westward views of planes flying over head and landings at LAX. The back yard features 20' x 16' deck, outdoor TV, 12' privacy hedges, fully green and manacured lawn surrounding the entire home, secret garden, water fountains, 50' tree, fully stocked and furnished basement bar. Amazing day and nighttime views. This single family home is located on the corner of two quiet tree lined streets. Unlimited street parking, detached garage, driveway. I'm limited by my lack of descriptive writing ability, however this is a location you have to see to fully appreciate. Finally, I'd wouldn't be honest if I failed to mention the property located near the flight path of LAX. Plane noise could be a challenge for certain challenge.
