Located in the heart of Silver Lake, Hype Studios is a spacious, versatile creative production facility designed for photography, film, commercial shoots, content creation, brand activations, and corporate gatherings. Our flagship Stage A features a 40-foot-wide white cyclorama, 14-foot ceilings, beautiful natural light, and a flexible 6,500-square-foot layout. Whether you’re shooting a fashion campaign, producing branded content, hosting a creative workshop, or planning a brand presentation, Stage A offers the space and amenities to bring your vision to life. All booking hours must include setup, production, breakdown, and departure. This space is awesome, parking is super convenient with a large roller door that makes load in/out very swift and easy. The studio inside is awesome & spacious, has a kitchen + bathrooms, a large CYC wall with power access right to the sides + some extra rooms as well. This is a really great studio space, versatile for photo and film. Chris is super helpful and accommodating, so, if you're in the market for a studio, definitely give this one a look.

Our event at Hype Studio was nothing short of AMAZING! From the very beginning, the communication with Molly was clear, helpful, and kind. Molly was willing to work with us on our budget, and actually seemed genuinely excited to get us into her spectacularly gorgeous space at a price that worked for us. From the time we booked our event, an amazing Disco Glam 50th Birthday Bash, to the day of the party, communication and openness to help was always abundant and clear. We were allowed to come in the day before to make sure our projections and sound worked as we wanted, which was a HUGE relief. We booked the space for 8 hours, leaving two hours for set-up before our party, and the place was clean, the refrigerator was cleared out for us to use, toiletries were stocked, all kitchen essentials were clean and there for our use, and Jonathan, our personal host, was there at our disposal and ready to help! The studio space is beyond gorgeous, there is ample, safe parking, and we had the time of our lives!!! We will definitely be booking with Molly and Hype Studio again!!!
We had a great shoot at this location. They were very helpful before the shoot in answering questions. And just as helpful the day of the shoot.
Molly and the Hype Studios team was a dream to work with. They truly were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our shoot. The space itself is perfect for a large shoot with lots of movable flex spaces and an open layout. Cannot recommend this location enough!
This is an excellent studio for filming and photography. The owner is so lovely and so easy to work with. The place is clean, and they have a parking lot. We will come back for future projects. Highly recommend! It
