The property is a HUGE upstairs loft located in a commercial building in downtown Eastpoint, GA. There is a HUGE parking lot that can accommodate at least 25 cars or be used for an outside event. There is fiber optic internet and large door entrances to easily transport equipment. We are two blocks walking distance from the Eastpoint Marta station and only 5-7 minutes from Tyler Perry Studios. We are 10 minutes from the Mercedes Benz arena, 9 minutes door-to-door from the airport, 7 minutes to Spelman, Morehouse and Clarke universities and 11 minutes from downtown. We are also 5-7 minutes from a a grocery store and at least 10 upscale restaurants, including several celebrity restaurants. We are also and walking distance to CVS, Waffle House, convenience stores and a tennis court, parks and more.
