Rates & Booking Requirements: ⏱️ Minimum Booking: 2-hour minimum stay required. 💰 Base Rate: $55 per hour for up to 30 guests. 📈 Large Groups: $65 per hour for events with more than 30 guests. ⚠️ Please ensure your booking time includes your own setup and cleanup needs. Guest Rules: ● Neighborly Conduct & Warnings: Guests must maintain respectful behavior and reasonable noise levels out of consideration for our neighbors. If behavior is determined to be unneighborly by the host, a maximum of two warnings will be issued. Continued issues after the second warning will result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. ● All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins at the end of the event. ● Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor zones.
