Historical Victorian home built by Sepulveda as a wedding gift to his daughter in 1882. Unique 'Cross' design. Lots or original features like door hardware, old gas lamps hanging from the ceiling (converted to electric), and stained glass windows. Upstairs balconies on 2 sides of the house, a wrap around front porch and rear porch with a table and couch. A shed in the backyard mirrors the features of the house--well lit and can be used as a 'clubhouse.' Large yard. Lots of trees. Miniature bocce court. Street has lots of unrestricted parking--RV's and equipment trucks can easily park. Less than 1 mile from the Ocean. Football field and tennis courts across the street. The garage has a stretching area with an infrared sauna and a 100 lb hanging punching bag. Trampoline, hanging kids tree swing, and tire swing in the yard. Rocking chairs on the porch and a porch swing. Lots of flexibility with this place, some great nooks and crannies. Upstairs has a 'secret' room--when door is shut, it looks like part of the wall. We're both in 'the biz' so we understand filming and are willing to work with accommodating your productions.
