About the Space

A unique 1877's cabin turned 1920's escape estate in the woods above Altadena. This is a rustic working dairy ranch with goats, chickens alpaca and ranch dogs. Sweeping views of LA to Long Beach harbor from deck. Downstairs is 1905 ish with fire place and large antique windows. Upstairs is 1929 with hardwood floors, beamed vaulted ceilings and large windows. Three exotic modern bathrooms. Five horse stall barn converted to workshop but could be used visually as a stable. Small meadow. Hot tub, barrel style sauna. General feel is century old with a touch of Grey Gardens.
