It has a lovely loft overlooking the water front and sits on Mill Creek just off of the Chesapeake Bay and near the Severn River. The pier is a great place to go fishing or crabbing. Located near Martin's Cove in Annapolis, this beautiful and secluded home is located 5 minutes from The U.S. Naval Academy and downtown historic Annapolis. This waterside home is ideally suited for water travelers with docking for two boats where the deep water is perfect. It is a great place to work from home, or relax and unwind after a long day and to vacation, as well.
