About the Space
20 miles east of Austin. This historic building (built in 1895) started as a drug store and continues its wellness path as a yoga studio and retail space. Many of the original features still remain adding tons of character to the space, including the exposed brick, leaded glass, and signage above the front doors. The space is roughly 1000 square feet, including the bathroom. The exposed brick makes for beautiful shots, as do the white walls and starburst mural. Lots of space in the front windows, too. The storefront is that of a quintessential small town business. The studio has been used for everything from large scale TV shoots to small photo sessions. Branding for the studio can all be easily moved, removed, or edited out. Bathroom and studio are ADA accessible. WI-FI available. Wheelchair accessible ramp at alley makes for easy loading/unloading of equipment. Street parking, public lots across the street.
