About the Space
Set among 10 acres of soaring century oaks on a quiet residential street with barely any traffic. 1890s farmhouse that has been completely remodeled with a Joanna Gaines flair. Antique heart pine floors throughout. Lots of bookcases. Previously owned by Pulitzer Prize-winning author and humanitarian, Paul Green. While we are generally used for weddings, our Giggster community usually books us for commercials and documentaries. Outside you'll find a very old tobacco barn, corn crib, and large, mature forest of Moso/Giant bamboo.

We had a great shoot! Tony is was very quick to respond to all my questions before the shoot and was available during the day to answer all our questions about the property! The house is beautiful, large, and so easy to film at! We had plenty of parking, room to store gear, a room for crafty/hmu and many inside and outside filming options!

Tony was a great host super responsive and helpful. This location gave us exactly what we needed for our interviews. Great space, ample parking, easy load in/out. No noise complaints. We will be back.
