The most authentic New Orleans property on the rental market and two houses reflective of the way folks have stayed in the French Quarter for hundreds of years! This amazingly genuine property has undergone a complete restoration from top to bottom. There are two homes, side-by-side, with 3 bedrooms on one side and 4 bedrooms on the other side of the compound. Wonderful outdoor spaces include a saltwater pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining This House is two side by side Creole Cottages that were originally built in the 1840s with many elements that have changed very little over the last 200 years- we still retain much of the authentic character that has developed along with the city through the centuries. You will find nothing from Ikea or Home Depot here; the houses are filled with authentic antiques, luxurious upholstery, premium mattresses & bedding, historic oil-paintings and lithographs, and period correct details throughout. The owners are luxury designers & historic preservationists and no expense was spared when creating this true New Orleans masterpiece.

We had a great stay! The home was unique, spacious, and had plenty of room to relax. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location was walkable during the day, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the private pool, which was perfect for unwinding and felt very secluded. We also loved the in-home Sonos speaker system, which was a great touch and really enhanced the overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Fantastic, unique place in a terrific location and a very responsive host. Charming decor, a great pool, and in a real neighborhood. It’s expensive, but well worth it.

This place was so beautifully put together, spacious, and homey. It was elegantly decorated and you feel like you are in a classical Creole-French home from the 1800s. it looks and feels historic while being modern and cozy. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in staying in/near the French Quarter. Lots of free parking and can just walk to so many good restaurants. We loved it!
