About the Space

1920's industrial building available for filming or photo shoot location. Over 7,000 feet of additional back patio space on the exterior of the building. Interior of building is in raw condition. The large outdoor space is also a perfect place to for production parking or temporary parking needs. The back lot can host up to 24 cars comfortably and also has enough turn around space for larger vans. Additionally, the building is secured by a large gate and security cameras.
