Out back is the rare part. A private, gated 7,500 sf lot parks up to 30 vehicles with room to drive in and out, lined with palm trees and the Downtown LA skyline on the horizon. Use it as event grounds, base camp, picture-car parking, or an outdoor extension of your shoot. The space runs on 200-amp three-phase power, has one ADA-accessible restroom, and sits in a quiet pocket of Northeast LA with easy truck and crew access. It is a blank canvas for film and photo shoots, video, pop-ups, brand activations, and private events. Capacity & limits Indoor preferred limit : 16 people Full-site event (indoor + lot): up to 200 people Production cast + crew: up to ~75 people On-site parking: up to 30 vehicles Hours & house rules Bookable 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days. Outside that by approval (renter pulls the FilmLA extended-hours permit). Outdoor amplified sound off by 9:00 PM. After dark, music indoors, low and contained. The lot has no outdoor lighting yet. Evening lot use needs added lighting or renter brings their own. No open flame or pyro without prior approval and permits. Certificate of insurance required for production and events. Refundable security deposit. Leave as found, all trash removed. Renter is responsible for any required film or event permits.
