Welcome to the amazing, beautiful, 100+-year-old Front Street Suites! You cannot be in a better location than historic downtown Wilmington! The apartment is on the second floor of a 100+-year-old building! Beautiful exposed brick and 1000 square feet all to yourself! You have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from wine glasses to beautiful dinnerware to, most important, coffee and teas to wake you up! There is a bar for your snacks or meals. The great room is large and open with plenty of seating. There are two lovely couches and a chair in the living room space, a table and chairs for dining, and an open kitchen. The ceilings are cathedral and over 10 feet high! The exposed brick provides amazing architectural character and the hardwood floors are medium honey that are beautifully rich looking! The living room is designed to be cozy with lots of space to snuggle up and watch a movie on the big-screen television. The television is set up with streaming services so bring your logins! The bathrooms both have plenty of space, a walk-in tiled shower, ample lighting, and plenty of counter space. Basic toiletries are provided as well as a hairdryer and cozy bath mats. The bedrooms are super cozy and comfortable with a substantial comforters, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. All linens are white, crisp, and clean except for the extra blankets giving the space some much-needed texture, color, and warmth. The bedroom has earplugs for each guest because the building is over 100 years old and is located right in the heart of the downtown activities. This is not the quietest location but it is the most convenient with the most to offer within walking distance. When you walk outside, be ready to be in the thick of the downtown activities, restaurants, and nightlife. Carriage rides are on the same corner as the building and there are numerous restaurants at the same intersection as the unit. Welcome to Wilmington! Have an amazing time!We love to host!
