Property has original hard wood floors with an amazing leather Chesterfield couch perfect for interviews/portraits. The home is perfect for photography and film, bridal/maternity shoots etc., or just a quiet place to work or have a meeting while in Charleston. Large film crews will need to seek additional permission and have valid city permits.
