The 3300sqft home is situation on a corner lot in the heart of Murrayville just steps from historic Porter Bistro, Murrayville Hall, Princess and the Pea Hotel etc. The home is Murrayville's own heritage home built in 1897. The house has all the heritage plaques on the walls and is complete with details showing its character. The home has all original hardwood throughout with 10 foot tall ceilings. The kitchens and bathrooms have all been completely updated. Upstairs includes two bedrooms and a master bath separating the two. The basement has a suite with two bedrooms and their own bath. On the other side of the basement is a steam room, bathroom and laundry room. The main floor foyer is covered in wainscotting that takes you to the kitchen, living room and a dining room with lovely ceiling medallions. The dining room has an old gas fire place and office attached. There is also a bathroom on the main floor. The back yard is attached off the kitchen with a covered area for barbecuing. There is a small fountain and fire pit beside the outdoor seating area and above is a lovely garden with garden lights throughout.
