Hilltop Horse Ranch and Saloon

About the Space

20 acres horse ranch. Beautiful hilltop views in every direction. We have a wooden barn, western saloon, small bunkhouse, firepit, BBQ area (not fancy, more country). There are several horses and horse stalls, arena, round-pens, large turn-out areas for horses. The house is nothing fancy but sits up on a hill and has beautiful views in every direction. The property is kept clean. There are several juniper trees, pepper trees, coyote brush, california buckwheat. The property is not flat, it has sloping hill areas and flat areas. We have a view of the valley looking out the front of the house and a view of the city below that goes for miles looking out the back. We have about 5 acres in back that we have kept all natural.
