Two Trompe-l'œil paintings on walls in entry and living room. Book collector's house - Abundant bookcases make for a crowded with books look. Large hillside "Party Park" on hillside backyard - Entire exterior property is covered with recycled college football field artificial turf . Green turf paint is available on site to camouflauge white field markings (artifiacts of the recycled football field). Several fire bowls and funky seating - park-like grounds with hillside patio/dance floor can be used as an outdoor performance "venue" - natural "bowl" topography shape on park-like grounds.
