LOCATION OVERVIEW A privately owned custom estate in Serene Hills — elevated above the Hill Country with unobstructed western views. Six independent sets usable separately or in sequence. Natural light is abundant and predictable. Quiet residential neighborhood with no commercial traffic or background noise during normal shooting hours. SET 1: INFINITY POOL DECK — DAY OR NIGHT An infinity-edge pool with raised spa, travertine coping and surround, glass panel perimeter fencing, and a clear sightline to the Hill Country. The vanishing edge faces west — afternoon and golden hour light hits the water surface and landscape simultaneously. Pool heated with 24-hour advance notice. Full-length gas fire pit integrated into deck, runs independently of pool. At night: lit pool in background with active fire pit in foreground — a single-frame two-element composition most locations cannot offer. SET 2: COVERED LOGGIA / OUTDOOR KITCHEN Deep covered patio directly adjacent to pool deck, with outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, and full outdoor living furniture. Reads as luxury resort cabana in wide frame and residential entertaining space in tighter compositions. Strong for food, beverage, lifestyle, and hospitality productions. SET 3: FRONT ENTRY ARCH Full-height arched steel-frame glass door set into smooth stucco facade with flagstone approach. One of the more architecturally distinct residential entry shots available in Austin. Door glass reflects the landscape behind camera, creating natural depth without staging. Strong for fashion, editorial, real estate, automotive, and luxury goods. SET 4: MAIN LIVING ROOM Soaring ceilings, wide-plank white oak floors, large black-surround gas fireplace, and substantial original abstract oil painting anchoring the primary wall. Deep chocolate velvet sectional. Open-plan with no tight corridors. Consistent north and east natural light through most of the day. Fireplace operational.
