Mid Century 2 level recently renovated home boasts both set and setting, perched on top of a U shaped driveway, surrounded by nature, nestled in the splendor of Nichols Canyon. Sliding glass doors frame the living room and dining hall, open out to a kidney shaped swimming pool, with tropical planting all around with plenty of chaises for lounging and a 10 ft table for dining. Outdoor shower and bathroom for easy access to pool area. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with great natural light, a 10 ft dining table with floor to ceiling glass sliders that open to the nature outside with a dining bench that faces as well into the living room. The upstairs is an open plan space with office with connected outside deck, a media room connects both the office to the master bedroom with 2 attached decks, one facing the street and the other that wraps around the house and overlooks the pool and surrounding grounds.
