The Resort is a unique Lodge as it was built in 1892 but has been completely renovated and remodeled using the original structure to accommodate all the modern conveniences for the 21st century. It is a two and a half stories building with a stone foundation and frame construction. It sits on 5 acres of rolling landscape with dense woods, grass fields, steep rocks, with private access to the sand beach on Marble Lake and the rapids on the east. There's also an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot-tub, that open year round, a children's play area and trampoline, a dock, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boat. The gazeboo in the woods is ideal for a wedding or romantic outdoor scenes. The 7 firepits offer a multitude of views to the lake, rapids, beach or the picnic areas.
Additionally, there are five cozy cottages and log cabins, spread across the property, each having special features and a unique identity, some have wood panelling, others, rustic, modern, colorful, electric or sober and simple, some with wooden flooring, others carpet, each cottage surely carries its own charm.
The property also includes a Barn, a foodtruck and a 3 Bedroom house that is not furnished, and can be used for filming or storage.
PS: There's a huge private parking for more than 25 cars on location
