Nestled in the beautiful Leona Valley, we offer a 4 acre parcel featuring lush meadow grass most of the year with meadow pasture and mountain views. Our ranch features a 22’ windmill, a vintage pump house, a classic handcrafted crooked chicken coupe, 2 goat barns, a corral, 2 country ranch style garages with pole barn, a 140 square foot guest house with a cathedral window, a western style kitchen with a wooden porche and a work shed nestled between two cottonwood trees as well as a 1,000 sqft home currently building, Other amenities include: a water trough, a tractor with brush hog, back hoe, oger, scraper and forks. We have various animals on our land: Oliver the bashful donkey, Ginger Rose our wild flower cow, Jasper Winchester a 30 yr old majestic horse, 65 chickens, 2 goats, Penelope and Raighne, 2 holland lop rabbits named Delilah and Camille and our goldendoodle Roscoe. A 1964 Manx pre runner dune buggy, 2022 CanAm HD 10 Defender, a Lance 650 camper (2017) and a Super 10 Dump truck.
