About the Space

A three-story creative space with flexible rooms to create, meet, and work. Our curated gathering and producing spaces are perfect for artists, entrepreneurs, holistic practitioners, and community builders in Lakewood, CO. On the garden level floor are two small event studios that are open for gatherings, parties, workshops, and more. There is also a photography studio with plain backdrops, lighting, a vanity counter, and changing closet. Each studio is flexible for rearranging furniture, bringing in furniture, or using completely emptied. Tables and chairs are available for use depending on event type. A full kitchen connects to the larger event studio with access to two refrigerators, a stove and oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and ample counterspace. Perfect for a catered event or meeting, which can also be sectioned off by lush blue velvet curtains for privacy or aesthetics. On our third floor are office suites for entrepreneurs, healers, and teams looking to gather for productivity. There is a conference room for rent which holds 12 people comfortably, and two fully furnished rooms for either massage therapy or talk-therapy. A small kitchenette is available to use with a full fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. The second floor is a tattoo shop, which while not available for rent, adds to the creative and exciting vibes in the building. Lush plants, original artwork, and friendly artists work on this floor and are typically available for walk-ins should a renter want to take a break for some ink-therapy. There is no elevator to the second and third floors, only stairs, however the stairwells are large and open. The garden-level event floor does have a wheelchair lift and an ADA accessible bathroom. Our exterior was recently adorned with an incredible mural by local artist Michael Ortiz, bringing a bright, eye-catching work of art to the location that can be seen from the highway across the street. Ample parking is available on site in the lot, and there are several locally owned restaurants within walking distance with a variety of cuisines.
