About the Space
A private strength and conditioning training facility in a small warehouse that holds classes every day. We rent our 950 sq. ft space for film, video, photoshoots, and other trainers. Available hours between 9:30 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday after 10 am and Sunday after 9 am. Message us for availability of additional hours. The space has an “L” shape configuration with a cardio setup, machines and dumbbells. A garage door that can be opened and allows for a lot of natural light, high ceilings, onsite parking for 1 car available. There is plenty of street parking available. For users’ safety, gym is equipped with a surveillance camera. This studio is located on a busy street, so audio recording can be challenging, Ideal if you're planning on doing just video, or voice over. Whether you’re launching a new fitness product, filming a movie, shooting fitness related content for social media, or looking for a place to train your clients, our gym is the perfect location for you.

This was a phenomenal space to shoot our commercial. Gabriela was a gracious host and so very helpful. She's also lightning-quick with her responses -- I'm talking a matter of a minute or so. My company will definitely use their gym again should our productions require it -- frankly, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.
