About the Space
1700 square foot duplex with 15 feet ceilings and tons of light. The upstairs features a living/dining room, perfect for 6-10 people to comfortably share a meal or work on a project. There are also two bedrooms upstairs, one of them with an incredibly plush rug and one of them with a sofa and desk in it which could be used as breakout rooms. Downstairs is the basement-level lounge (though there is a huge window so it doesn't feel like a basement) with floor seating for 6-10 and a home theater set up: projector, surround sound speakers, etc. The space would be perfect for a team meeting, film screening, workshop, photo shoot, or class. All art is for sale, by Lyora Pissarro and can be removed or used with rights.
