Perfect place for your next shoot! Beautiful Mid-Century Atomic Ranch house with Swimming Pool and vintage 31 ft Airstream with a bed and office area. Six passenger (Escalade) golf cart is available. Backyard pool area is large with green grass, fruit trees and lots of seating. The entrance to the house is colorful with a groomed desert yard, palm trees and a large gold rhino head located next to the front door. There are views of mountains and palm trees from the backyard. Colorful contemporary abstract art and contemporary furniture are throughout the home. The Media Room can also be set up as a man cave or game room. Master BR is large and has two king beds, second BR has two Queen Beds and the third BR has one king bed . The kitchen is spacious with an island, bar stools and an additional seating area. There is also a separate dining area. We have corn hole, a ping pong table and a small pool table that can be set up if needed. There are also weights and a bench in our side yard. The carport can fit an RV or 4-5 cars. There is also street parking and a parking structure located 1/4 mile away.
