Tourist license number: HUTB-001101 Recognized as a neoclassical and artistic heritage building from the early 20th century, the villa was completely restored in 2013, combining classical elegance with contemporary design. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer an exceptional stay, including air conditioning throughout the premises, spacious and bright double rooms, Wi-Fi connection, televisions in every room, safes, fully equipped bathrooms, and a refined balance between antiques and modern furniture. The villa is primarily designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, with the possibility to adapt the layout, upon request, for groups of up to 18 guests. Upon entering through the main door, guests are welcomed by an impressive lobby with marble stairs, bronze chandeliers, and 18th-century Chinese vases. On this floor, there is a large games and meeting room, an open space of almost 170 m² designed in a loft style. It offers entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball, billiards, play area, bar, sofas, television, and a reading corner. This level also includes two double rooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first floor has four double rooms, each with its own distinctive character, and three full bathrooms, two of them en suite. On this level, there is also a spacious living room with television, comfortable sofas, and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or planning the day's itinerary. Next to the living room is the dining room, with capacity for up to sixteen people, and a modern Italian-designed kitchen equipped with high-end Siemens appliances such as two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, creating a functional and elegant space. From the kitchen, guests have direct access to the garden, the pool, and the heated spa. The outdoor area includes a private pool surrounded by a tropical wood terrace, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, and a heated spa. On the second floor, there is a small studio and a double room with en suite bathroom, both with access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace with wooden flooring, elegant latticework, seating, and sun loungers. On the opposite side of the terrace is the tower room, also with en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Villa Victoria Barcelona is primarily designed for stays with accommodation and residential use. Filming and photo sessions are welcome, always reviewing the conditions and needs of each request in advance. Location and rules: Located in a residential area within the city. Guests must respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. The pool and heated spa hours are from 09:00 to 22:30. A decibel detector is installed out of respect for the neighbors. The main guest signing the rental contract must be over 25 years old. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Any additional guest or daytime visitor must be authorized in advance. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 double rooms, with the possibility of up to 18 guests upon request and additional cost.
