Gorgeous historical landmark on a 15,000 sf lot in the best part of Oakland, right on the Piedmont border. Tons of street parking directly in front of property. Includes all indoor common areas (living room, dining room, family room, and entry foyer), two large outdoor areas, and 1 bathroom. For additional fee, more bathrooms can be made available, and perhaps bedrooms. All walls are full of original modern art. Very high ceilings throughout, and a 15 foot tree in one of the rooms. Flooded in natural light. VERY fast, 1 gigabit wifi. Thanks!
