Exterior is Victorian, interior is decorated in Parisian style with crystal chandeliers, crown moldings and ceiling medallions, dark wood floors, ornamental marble fireplace, gold-framed mirrors, mahogany table, Roche Bobois leather sectional, Art Deco wall art, bay windows throughout. Expansive space with spacious rooms, first floor has 10 foot ceilings, second floor has 9 foot ceilings. Easy loading via double front doors: porch is a few steps up, down a short walkway to the street. Enter via a generously sized historic entry hall, then through double doors to dining room and adjoining living room. Large kitchen with wooden cabinets and white marble-style (quartz) counter tops. Second floor is accessed via grand open staircase and offers several rooms including a palatial king bedroom with library bay and giant mirror, adjoining study with desk, tv, and daybed (ideal for talent waiting area / hair and makeup), and full bathroom. Peaceful queen bedroom with en suite bathroom completes this floor. Third floor is generally not included in production rentals. If needed it includes another king bedroom with boudoir dressing room, airy twin bedroom, and bathroom with shower (no tub).
