About the Space

This sprawling Grand Victorian home was originally built in 1875 by Thomas Buchanan whose son was briefly the Mayor of Atlanta. It boasts 3x bedrooms + executive office, multiple outdoor spaces and even a secret passage. The home has been meticulously and lovingly restored and is a short stroll to one of Grant Park’s vibrant restaurant and grocery hubs. Grand Damn can come available with 2x additional in-law suites: The 1x bedroom Buchanan Suite & the 1x Studio Grant Suite, tucked away towards the rear of the home for a total of 5x bedrooms.

    Grand Damn looks just like the pictures. Very spacious and beautiful place. We had an awesome shoot and they were quick to respond for anything we needed. Everything went amazing. Thanks!
