Very large yard with a large salt water pool. We have a large fire pit with 8 comfortable club chairs around the firepit. 4 Large Palm Trees surround the firepit. We also have a large covered patio with a large BBQ area with 3 dining tables and chairs that are on casters and easily movable. Big island at the BBQ area. ur swimming pool is 20' x 50', heated and has a large sun shelf on one end. We have 2 very stylish pool loungers in the pool on the shelf. We have a large (120') graffiti wall that's the focal point of our yard Great views from the pool of the Palm Springs mountains. We also have 3 units in the compound that are each it's own style. Eclectic, very colorful with bright day glo paint on accent walls. Each bedroom is different and also eclectic! We have plenty of parking in front of our property and there are several empty lots around us for additional parking. The property is very private and surrounded by foliage and walls.
