About the Space
The property is a grade 2 listed barn conversion from 1890. The inside of the house has the original walls of the barn and fire place which are protected under its listing. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms in the eaves of the house upstairs. The landing between these upstairs bedrooms overlooks the dining room which has a full height aspex, with skylights. The house has a large garden that has a walled 'cottage garden' section. The garden is roughly between 1/4 - 1/2 acre of land and contains a large double garage and gravel driveway and at the front of the house there is a patio'd area. The majority of the garden is grass. The house is used primarily as a family home but we're happy to arrange other accommodation for longer productions with advance notice. It is located in the centre of Wargrave but access to the driveway is via a street on a residential road and is very secluded, and quiet due to the thick walls of the outside of the house.
