The location is a uniquely furnished commercial lounge/showroom area perfect for hosting a class, workshop, mastermind meetup, client meeting, podcast, photo shoot/production filming, etc. Space is professionally decorated as an open concept "home" setting with a luxurious modern minimalist yet cozy feel. Space has various seating and dining zones and large tv that can be used as different set designs. All modern furniture & decor pictured is included in the rate! Small private bathroom for crew, walk in closet area with a mirror that can be used as a dressing or storage room. There’s about 10 parking spaces nearby directly in front of the front door entrance and a larger parking lot. The space is a 15-20 minute drive from Atlanta, less than 2 miles from the I-20 interstate. See photos to review current space layout with included furnishings including 2 large sofas and cube coffee table, 4 accent chairs with glass coffee table, large rectangular dining table with 4 chairs, round dining glass table with 4 chairs, desk and office chair, round bar table with 3 bar stools. Plants, decor, wine bottle display, and gorgeous art will create amazing backdrops! In addition, you will have your own private ground floor entrance with super convenient access in and out the space. Space has an abundant amount of natural light with 7 huge floor to ceiling windows in the front and side! Natural lighting can be controlled by blinds. Ceiling has recessed can lights. It photographs and films beautifully. Can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people and you will have your own private bathroom and optional dressing room. Space feels very cozy and homey and offers the feel of being in a home with the convenience of a private commercial setting. Additional furniture may be available for rent at an additional cost, just ask. Furniture may NOT be moved out of the premises. Furniture may be moved around, but guest must move back to original layout at conclusion of event. Tours are welcome on request. Please message host to setup a tour. A super versatile all-purpose space that could serve as a standing set/studio for a modern contemporary home setting or just a great venue for events and photoshoots, your creativity is the only limit Pricing is below and includes complimentary overnight storage for multiple day bookings. $150hr $900 for 6hrs $1500 for 12hrs
