This was the best rental experience I've has on Giggster or Peerspace! The space is large and beautiful. The owners accepted my offer pretty quickly and allowed location scouting prior. They also were very hands-off during my shoot and did not have may strict rules. Lots of parking. After being declined from many other spaces for weird reasons such as; not enough parking, party too large, shooting a music video, and more, these hosts had none of those qualms and instead allowed me into their wonderful space with ease. 5-Stars. Rent this space ASAP!

This masterpiece is one-of-a-kind built architecturally designed by a famed designer. The home has been picked to be on HBO home showcase. A master suite with a real showcase walk in closet and a resort like master bath with all the features. Open floor plane from entrance to kitchen, formal dining room, to the living room. Huge Gourmet Chef's Kitchen with oversize refrigerator and double oven. Custom Cabinetry, 16 feet of island with built in cook top, strawberry sink, wine fridge, and area to eat at. huge pantry, Cooled with two dual zoned central air systems. Entertainers backyard includes fire pit area, full BBQ out door kitchen bar with two fridge and plenty of storage. One thousand square feet of covered patio with out door sound audio for the big game or party to host. Out door Ceiling fans with exquisite chandlers. Heated mart home pool with phone app, a waterfall feature a raised Jacuzzi overflowing to the pool. Plenty of grass area or room to yoga out doors. Central vacuum system, and house is fully wired with security system with cameras.
