About the Space
Historic 1800’s estate with many atmospheres and environments to film multiple scenes in one great location just outside the Washington DC area. To list a few of the features we have open fields, wooded lots, 144 Solar panels, Green venue that host wedding and events with a beautiful backdrop. We have Historic outbuildings (bomb shelter, smokehouse, spring house, slave quarters, summer kitchen, guest house, bank barn, silo, corn crib, garages and a pond with path around it). Our property is adjacent to a church with an old cemetery and across the street we are next to a 217 acre park. The best part is we are able to fly drones here! We are close to three major International airports, just off a major interstate and only 3 miles to a brand new hotel in Brunswick, Md. Our mission here is ”Saving a Piece of History ... One Event at a Time”. No matter your project It is “Just the Right Place ... for your Next Film Production“
