Podcast Studio – A Versatile and Professional Recording Space This podcast studio is the ideal location to shoot your podcast, offering a professional setup with high-end equipment including Blackmagic 6K cameras, Shure SM7b microphones (with Cloudlifters), and flexible lighting, set design, furniture, and ambiance. It's fully equipped for podcasting, live streams, audience-based recordings, live editing, and more. Whether you're a business owner, content creator, production team, solo podcaster, recording artist, or simply passionate about storytelling, this space is designed to help you produce high-quality content. The studio features private parking, a Green Room lounge with coffee and snacks, and a clean, secure environment your guests will appreciate—allowing you to focus on creating your best work. Location, Hours & Parking: Operating Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM Saturday – Sunday: 10 AM to 6 PM Late-night hours available upon request. 2-hour minimum per booking. Parking: Up to 6 parking spots available in a private lot, with additional street parking nearby. Studio Setup: On the ground floor, the studio includes a 24-foot by 12-foot pre-lit “Magic Cloth” powered by Aputure lights. You can easily switch between warm and cool tones to suit your aesthetic. Additional features include: Modular backdrops and LED lighting for instant color changes 24 feet of modular walls with hedge, slats, wallpaper, and more for custom set design Multiple seating options: 3 sofas, 4 sets of accent chairs, and a height-adjustable wooden table with barstools Audio Equipment: 4 Shure SM7b microphones with Cloudlifters 4 Sennheiser wireless lavalier microphones Rode Podcaster Pro and Zoom recording interfaces Video Equipment: 3 Blackmagic 4K & 6K cameras with Sigma Cine lenses Up to 7 additional Blackmagic 4K cameras available Lighting Equipment: 24' x 12' “Magic Cloth” overhead light powered by Aputure 2 Aputure Nova p300c LED lights for colored backdrops 2 Aputure Amaran 200x with large softboxes and grids 4 spotlights for accent lighting Additional services include optional editing, social media clip creation, publishing, and distribution—making this a one-stop solution for all your podcasting needs.
