Close to LA in canyon country equestrian area. 2.5 acres with ranch house with western porch, lighted horse arena, barn with horse stalls, horse wash area and horse exercise ring, field, plenty of parking and lots of oak trees. House interior has stone fireplace and western motif decor with barn style doors and wood floors. Big brick patio with huge bbq area with smoker and gas bbq. Seperate two bedroom “motel” with modern bathroom and all conveniences. Quiet area with no plane noise. Possible for helicopter landing in arena.
