Behind the Dutch Revival style façade of this historic building built in 1902 is a 3-story contemporary interior crowned with a brick glass ceiling. Natural sunlight floods the vast interior united by a soaring spiral staircase from the ground floor to the third floor. The Carriage House has been featured in films, books, magazines and newspapers. It has hosted exclusive events, art exhibitions, weddings, fashion shows, dinners and parties. The venue features a large reception area, 2 vast spaces, wood burning fireplace, spacious meeting room with bath en suite, chef's kitchen, powder room, 3rd floor terrace, ceiling heights up to 25', curb cut and garage entrance, making it ideal for production sets, as well as for a variety of social, corporate, and private events.
