About the Space
The studio loft is also a private residence for a Canadian artist and writer, it contains a living room, small kitchen, bedroom, office and library with bathroom. The rooms have skylights and the floors are natural maple wood flooring. Lots of natural light across the apartment with an outdoor staircase to a private roof deck and garden for private dinner parties surrounded by planted trees native to Ontario. There is an outdoor sculpture water fountain for meditation or to block from the sounds of the urban area. The rooms can be modified for production companies. The main entrance has a wide 55 inch access point and the rooftop, a sliding barn-like door for equipment.
