GARDEN JAWN The Garden Jawn is located on the first floor rear of the building and has its own door that leads directly to a semi-private area of the rear courtyard. This studio unit is also our fully accessible unit on the first floor with ADA compliant bathroom and kitchen. If you love sipping your morning coffee or evening nightcap surrounded by plants in a tiny urban oasis, this room is for you! It is perfect for your next video or photo shoot as it has a cozy and beautiful interior that would best fit your projects for TV commercials, music videos, social media content, and a lot more. Always inquire to the host about the availability of the space. Please note that pricing may change depending on several factors such as time of day, day of the week, season of the year, etc..
