This ground-floor venue offers approximately 2,000 square feet of open, adaptable space designed to support a wide range of creative projects. With soaring 13-foot ceilings, a wide entryway, and direct access to a loading dock, the layout is ideal for productions, installations, and events that require smooth load-in and flexible configurations. The open floor plan makes the space especially suitable for photo and video shoots. There is ample room for lighting setups, backdrops, and crew movement. Basic production equipment such as light stands, sandbags, and backdrop paper is available on site. Backdrop paper can be provided as needed, with additional fees based on usage. Large windows and skylights bring in abundant natural light on clear days, while the space remains calm and controlled, making it easy to manage sound and lighting conditions. In addition to production use, the venue works well for exhibitions and gallery-style presentations. The space features large, clean walls and professional track lighting, allowing artwork and installations to be displayed with clarity and focus. Pedestals can be provided upon request depending on project needs. For wall installations, only hardware supplied by the host may be used. If wall repair or repainting is required after de-installation, those services can be arranged for an additional fee. The space is also suitable for pop-up shops, workshops, meetings, and small to mid-sized events. Depending on the layout and seating arrangement, it can accommodate 30 or more guests. Music is permitted, with volume levels to be discussed in advance based on the nature of the event. Party-style gatherings may be considered with prior approval from the host to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved. The layout is primarily open, with a separate kitchen and dining area located toward the back of the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, hood, and sink, and is stocked with basic dishware and cooking tools. It can be used for food preparation, catering, or styled shoots. Guests are responsible for cleaning after use, and additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the condition of the space upon checkout. Two ADA-compliant restrooms are available on site for guest convenience. An outdoor garden area is also accessible and can be used as an extension of the venue. The garden includes tables, chairs, shade structures, and propane heaters, making it suitable for breaks, casual gatherings, or outdoor setups. This area offers a relaxed contrast to the main interior space and can be incorporated into events or productions as needed. Overall, this venue offers a calm, grounded atmosphere with a shelter-like quality, while remaining highly flexible and adaptable.
