Outdoor Spaces: The estate boasts two expansive side yards: * Yard #1: A mini soccer field, a commercial-grade playground for kids, and a comfortable seating area. * Yard #2: A full-size multi-purpose basketball court, portable pickleball setup, hockey pucks, and volleyball area. Courtyard: The front door opens to a beautifully designed courtyard featuring a pool, lounge chairs, a large swing sofa, an outdoor dining table that seats 6, a BBQ grill, and multiple seating areas around a cozy firepit. With 9 bedrooms and 5 baths, this spacious property can accommodate your crew comfortably. Please note that the maximum occupancy for overnight stays is 12 guests, including 8 adults and 4 children under 13.
