The space offers a unique blend of original architectural charm, natural light, flexible production areas, and a fully equipped food photography kitchen. The **first floor** provides an open creative studio environment with eight-foot arched windows, clean white walls, and flexible furnishings ideal for photography, workshops, meetings, and production staging. The **second floor** operates as a full-service food photography studio featuring a modular shoot kitchen, prep kitchen, and dedicated culinary production space. This space allows teams to move seamlessly between production, styling, prep, meetings, talent holding, and content capture across multiple environments.
