Splash down this summer at Friendship House, a secluded & pet-friendly retreat w/ A/C on 5 acres with pool, spa, & EV charging. You'll arrive to amazing 360° mountain views and plenty of free parking. The 1,300 sq ft home has 2 living rooms, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Poolhouse casita includes 3rd bedroom, 3rd bathroom and a kitchenette. Our propane firepit provides nightly ambience; bring your marshmallows! Gas grill available for cookouts. Pool & spa are surrounded by privacy wall, 4 loungers & 2 hammocks. Our entire property is fenced so you can let your dogs run free! Note: There is a $375/day charge to heat pool. Spa is heated at no additional charge. Electric vehicle charging is free with your booking! Ask about our ATV & archery kit rental. More about our house: The main house is an open and airy floor plan with private bedrooms located on opposite sides from each other. There is an eat-in bar-style dining option in the well-appointed kitchen (stocked with coffee, tea, and spices) adjacent to a mid-century dining table for 6. Two of our bathrooms feature luxurious soaking tubs. Step out to the pool & spa area and note the outdoor shower which offers the exhilarating feeling of refreshment in the heat of summer as the breeze tickles your skin (or try a hot outdoor shower during the cool of night)! Take a hammock nap or soak up some rays in a lounger by the pool. We also provide an outdoor hose to make it easy for you to fill your dog's bowl when they're enjoying the outdoors. You'll find doggie waste bags under the kitchen sink to help keep the grounds tidy. Our guests love unwinding in the jacuzzi spa while discovering how incredible the stars are out here off the beaten path.
