About the Space
Built in 2021. 4 Bed/5 Bath. 16 acres farm along the Harpeth River This open floor plan French Creole style home was inspired by the Derry Plantation in S. Carolina. From live edge pine siding, and vintage hand-hewn beams, to the reclaimed oak molding & contemporary French steel windows & doors, this home is amarriage of the old with new. -11ft, 12 ft and 17th tall ceiling through the main floor. -Custom millwork in the library, parlor and den. -Oversized wood burning fireplace with vintage sandstone hearth. -Expansive front and back porches with vintage heart pine and ipe flooring -Custom antique oak floors salvaged from 8 tobacco barns in and around Williamson County.
