An ideal, private location for commercial, film, and television production, lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, influencer shoots, product shoots, and more! Wifi on site The barn and/or loft can be used as photography studio or easily converted for a recording studio. Create unique photos using the horse trough/cowboy pool, hammocks under the old growth oak groves, barn door backdrop, and much more. Use of the whole property, including the 3 bedroom/2bath home. Deer, birds, and other wildlife frequent the property. Bring horses for western shoots. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and total number of attendees.
