The property sits on 3 city lots on South side of Lake Davis along a beautiful tree lined brick street with plenty of parking. Formal American Empire architecture designed by 2 well know architects in Washington DC and in Beverly Hills, FL. Above a 5 car garage there is also a separate very large Carriage Home apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry room and 2 private very large covered balconies - should you need separate or additional room on site location for your talent, security or programing. The oversized 5 car garage could be used for equipment and extras during your filming or programing.
