HOUSE RULES: - Booking time includes setup and cleanup. If running overtime, cost of additional hours will be charged. - No smoking of any kind in the building or outside the premises - No cooking, grilling, or air frying, inside the venue - No congregating outside the property or neighboring businesses - No selling of food or alcohol - Licensed and insured bartender required to serve hard liquor. - No alcohol provided. Renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any alcohol on site. - No subwoofers or high powered speakers allowed. Please use our bluetooth speakers - We are not responsible for anything lost, stolen or left behind. Items left behind will be trashed. - Guest must notify us immediately of any damages to the property - To prevent damage to the walls and paint, no nailing, stapling, screwing or using tacks. Command strips and scotch tape only. Any damage to walls will result in a fee. - No glitter, confetti, silly string, oil or sticky substances. Any excessive cleaning will result in an excessive cleaning fee. - No pets allowed without written approval from management - All trash must be bagged and placed in our outside dumpster or recycling bin. - Fighting, arguing or other forms of aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and event will be shut down immediately. -Mandatory insurance is required
