We provide as we call it "Fun Fitness" , fitness classes for beginners to advanced clients. Our class roaster include Flexibility, Pole Fitness, Handstands, Aerial Fitness, Aerial Yoga, Cardio Boxing, Abs & Booty and many more. The studio is professionally equipped and climate controlled with HVAC. Sprung dance floor, truss with aerial points on it, LED lighting, sound system, mirrors, curtains, the ability to separate rooms and transform the space for your needs. We also boast a glass garage door that allows natural light to enter the studio, easy access to bring in large props and equipment and the option to extend your event to indoor/outdoor on beautiful days/nights. The place is great for photo/video shoots, birthday/bachelorette parties, meetings, team building, private classes, fitness classes, basically any kind of private events you can imagine.
