Was originally created at our sister club in Warrnambool, regional Victoria. With the success of this exploding, we wanted to share the love to Melbourne and opened a brand new studio in Richmond.
Traditionally it was only elite athletes who were able to access altitude training and the benefits of it. Our Training Facility Gym was created to allow people of all skill levels from performance athletes to weekend warriors to beginners to get access to the amazing benefits of high altitude training. Our training methods are backed by science and combined with our unique conditional classes, your experience at our Facility Training Gym will improve your performance, health and well-being like no other form of training.
We offer a variety of training options including high altitude group circuit classes, 1-on-1 and semi-private personal training with a certified coach. Our classes have a focus on functional movement, mobility, strength and improving performance. Classes operate continuously during our studio hours, no bookings are required. Every class is different but you'll walk away with he same great experience. You'll feel a fantastic high through the release of endorphins and sense of achievement.
