Gavin was very responsive and flexible. We used the spot for just a few hours as base camp since we were shooting down the street and I was happily surprised to see how cool and well-equipped his space was. Would definitely contact him again if need be in the future.

I messaged Gavin on short notice (about an hour before I needed the studio) and he promptly replied and I was able to book the space. It had everything we needed especially the high speed internet which is crucial for the time of work and film we do. He was courteous and polite and a joy to work with.

Great space and host! Gavin went out of his way for us. We had gotten in touch regarding we were cold and he went out and bought a heater for us with in 20 mins. Thank you so much! Definitely would use this space again.
