About the Space

Wolf Luv Studios is a flexible warehouse space with versatile capabilities for all of your film and photography needs — we're also great for screenings, auditions, script readings, events, parties, and more. All rentals include access to our 2 bathrooms, drinking fountain with bottle fill, kitchenette with fridge/microwave/coffee maker, break area with cutting station, and lobby with waiting area and Pac-Man machine. 2nd bathroom is oversized and can double as a changing room or hair & makeup station (equipped with lighted mirrors). Plus we are ADA accessible! "CREATE" PRICING (ideal for film & video production or photography shoots): Production rental includes access to 4 ceiling-mounted Neewer RGB lights with tablet control mounted on our lighting grid, plus 2 Fresnels and 1 Large Panel Light on rolling stands. We have ample wattage and outlets for additional lighting and equipment. There is also 2 garage doors, one with a ramp and one with a dock, so grip trucks can easily be loaded in and out, as well as a rolling stair ladder which provides easy access to the lighting grid. "CELEBRATE" PRICING (ideal for screenings or any party/show that requires AV): Event rental includes use of our projector, 16' x 9' screen, small stage, PA system, 2 large speakers, 4 wireless microphones, stage lighting, ceiling-mounted/tablet-controlled RGB video lights, an AV tech available all night, and access to all 85 of our chairs, 6 banquet tables, and 4 cocktail rounds. "MEET" PRICING (ideal for script readings, auditions, simple parties, small events, or meetings/workshops): Meeting rental includes 1 table, up to 12 chairs, and a small stage. *Meeting rental does not include projector, PA system, 4 microphones, RBG lights/lighting grid, stage lights, or our full collection of 85 chairs, 6 banquet tables, and 4 cocktail rounds . If you need more tables and chairs, select the "Tables and Chairs" add-on. For use of basic stage lights, select the “Basic Lighting Package” add-on. For RGB video lights go up to the CREATE rate; for projector/PA system/microphones go up to the EVENT rate.
